The 3 pillars of our compliance program
Our ethics and compliance framework has three pillars: Prevention, Detection and Correction. We constantly work to improve our programs and reach our goals with integrity.
1. Prevention
To ensure compliance and minimize risk, we promote a culture of ethics and integrity through “Corporate Conduct Standards”, “Policies”, “Communications” and “Training”. We also use data analysis and third-party due diligence.
2. Detection
We identify potential integrity and security issues in several ways, including internal audits, compliance reviews and investigations conducted by our compliance and information security teams.
Compliance is a shared responsibility at goFlux, where every member upholds standards, promotes a culture of compliance and reports concerns.
3. Remediation
We seek to identify the root causes of issues and constantly improve our procedures to reduce risk. Risk management is fundamental to our integrity program and our culture of continuous improvement. We take action against any policy violation and do not do business with partners that fail to meet our ethical standards.
Anti-corruption
We have established anti-corruption policies that cover every aspect of our operations. Our commitment to integrity shows in our ongoing efforts to prevent, detect and correct improper practices, ensuring transparency and compliance across our business environment.

goFlux believes that providing a reporting channel is essential: it reinforces transparency, makes communication with clients, suppliers and service providers easier and allows any deviation from internal policies to be identified quickly. It also guarantees confidentiality, ensures reports are handled properly and helps strengthen trust and the company’s ethical culture.
